Reform of German insolvency avoidance law in force

After years of discussions, the reform of German avoidance law (for a first overview, cf. here) has now been signed by the German President and promulgated in the Federal Law Gazette.

Hence, the new law is in force for insolvency proceedings, openened on or after 5 April 2017.
